چکیده

Abstract Super-alloy GH4169 and related welded structures were widely used in the aero-engine industry region. Vacuum electron beam welding is one of most advanced technologies, influence mechanical property caused by technology still needs further research. Firstly, hardness, microstructure, tensile properties joint tested. After two-stage aging treatment, weld zone was strengthened its hardness higher than that base metal zone. The microstructure characterization results showed grain size heat-affected larger metal. show static are similar to metal, residual height has no obvious effect on strength joint. high-temperature creep joints with will lead a transient fracture under relatively safe service conditions. fatigue performance without tested respectively. life about 10 times longer same stress level, for height, position become main crack source.
